We’ve seen some bad guys in our days but nothing like these beings here…
These are some of the meanest, nastiest, low down scum bags we’ve seen in our day and it’ll be a disservice if we didn’t put their faces on the map!
There’s a Marvel quote that goes something like; “you either die a hero, or you live long enough to become the villain..” . Since starting the project, our goal is to continuously inspire and build a foundation in which individuals can seek for self enrichment. It’s a process in which we have no idea how or where to begin but it stemmed from two simple factors, a good mind and kind heart.
Year 4 has been a stretch in which we’ve become more on guard with boundaries and such. In doing so, there may be some ruffling of feathers, but nonetheless it’s important to stand your ground and know when to fight or take flight…This summer we intended on countless interactions outside, meeting more people through Brooklyn art instillations which were occurring in our homeland Brooklyn, but things fell short on a few of these opportunities, and it ticked something in within.
I’ve always been a fan of the old western movies, and certain aesthetics within that realm of time. The quality and rawness of the lifestyle, fused with that tough guy energy the summer season presented me…I needed to bring awareness to some other bad guys we’re familiar with..leading to the birth of our fall collection, ‘1080 Perpetrators’ .
The inspo is a build from the last drop, of mood pixels and pendants. In year 4 we’ve graduated to cutting our own canvas and making artwork straight from hands from start to finish. The beauty of these new creations is the fact they’re multi purposed. Utilized them in your home as decor, or laced your clothing with some unique patchwork.
Let’s not waste anymore time talking about it, Spread the word!! The 1080 Perpetrators are here and they need to be stopped! Make sure we’re able to keep these bad boys off the streets! Bring them home today!
