Let's Play a Game..
The Red Pill
So I had this twisted idea to turn The ATTIE Project into a global scavenger hunt. Simply eliminate myself off the planet earth, but leave pieces of my soul in random places throughout my travels. After deleting my personal social media account, I’ve been relearning how to enjoy life in real time. Unplugging from the matrix and appreciating the present moment is a virtue that seems to be fading as we grow along with the internet age of information. This lead me to focus on the last ATTIE value; awareness. How unaware is the current state of our society?
My answer to it all, was simply eliminate myself from the equation, but leave little tokens (easter eggs if you will) along the way. Just as Bansky captivates the world with his spontaneous creations and their appearances, I too will display my art as the breadcrumbs leading you down the paths I walk myself this lifetime. Catch me if you can, or ‘Black Bansky’ has a nice ring to it even.
Conceptually this seems like a cool idea, but the real reason for starting this portion of The ATTIE Project is to community build. Meeting new followers to build with, spread the vision to the masses, and as stated before build awareness. Slow people down a bit and bring gratitude to that very moment of existence. Give thanks for all 5 senses, the atmosphere, and ability to stumble upon such a gem as The ATTIE Project.
This was the birth of ‘The Red Pill’. The concept similar to The Matrix film allows people to take the red pill simply by pulling out their phones and snapping a photo of an ATTIE timepiece they come across, which will then direct you to another portal outside of real time, and into the ATTIE Matrix so to speak. Portals may lead to stories, images, creative content, anything pertaining to the ATTIE community. Any of these vagrant artifacts found in the street, please feel free to grab as your own personal possession unless specified to be a certified owned ATTIE collectible.
By following @theattieproject on any social platform, I will post videos, pictures, coordinates, of anywhere I do leave them. Once an ATTIE artifact is found, feel free to reach out. Tag us, email, respond to this blog post, or through any form of social communication. Share your experience and see who else is fortunate enough to walk along the same path. It’ll be love to hear from you and your experience with an ATTIE in public…
Safe travels….dear diary.
